Helle Hellefisk fish knife is a guy for every fish. The knife is light and thanks to the handle made of cork, it is also floating, so when working by the water, the knife stays better.
In 1932, brothers Steinar and Sigmund Helle began making knives in Holmedalen, Norway. The story goes that at first the brothers rode their bikes along the Norwegian coast trading in knives until the knives developed into a desired product among both fishermen and wilderness visitors.
Helle relies on Nordic handicraft traditions in its production, and Helle knives are still handcrafted in Holmedalen.
