Oatmask

Put an oat mask on your eyes or forehead to relieve headaches and migraines. A great relaxation aid anyway. Improves metabolism and relaxes muscle tension in other parts of the body as well.

The mask can be cooled in the freezer or heated in the microwave for about 2 minutes. depending on the power of the micro. Heating in the oven at 100 degrees for about 5-10min.

Remove the removable cover and gradually heat to the right temperature.

Don't overheat the pillow by leaving it alone in the microwave or oven!

100% soft cotton flannel. Wash at 40 degrees.

Contains domestic oats in their own bag. Do not wet or wash.
