Return and exchange instructions

You have a 30-day right of exchange and return for the products you order. Please always contact us by email first info@nordesans.com, if you want to return or exchange the product. We will email you more detailed return instructions. If necessary, also add an image if the product you ordered is defective. 

Products have a 30-day free exchange and return policy (excluding products customized for the customer, eg named boots). If the order is returned in full, we will also refund the postage. If you return some of the products from your order and the total amount of the order falls below the free delivery limit of EUR 100, we reserve the right to deduct postage (€ 5.90) from the refundable amount. In case of a refund, a refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.

Please note that products must be returned as soon as possible after sending the return notice, but no later than within the next 30 days. Please keep the receipt you received in the mail until your return has been processed. Lost shipments will not be refunded without a tracking ID.

Please note that the returned product must be unused and in a condition for sale. For products, we will refund your payment through the payment intermediary of your choice.

Complaint: If the product you want to return is defective or broken, you can complain to us by email at info@nordesans.com or contact us via chat. We usually respond on weekdays within approximately 24 hours of contact.

Note! Failure to collect the package is not the same as returning or canceling the order. For packages not picked up, we charge an actual return fee of € 5.90. And this is deducted from the amount returned to the customer. If you have any problems downloading the package, please contact our customer service.
