Placing an order

The easiest way to place an order is through an online store. For special situations, you can also place an order by e-mail or phone.

Delivery time

We usually process orders no later than the next working day and delivery takes 1-4 working days in Finland. During busy times such as Christmas, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Products and product prices

Our products include 24% VAT. Nordesans Oy reserves the right to change prices. All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.

A receipt for the products will be sent by email upon confirmation of the order. We do not put a paper receipt or shipping list according to product shipments.

Payment methods

When ordering from the online store, you can use the online payment buttons, card payments (Visa, and MasterCard), MobilePay and Pivo of all Finnish banks. Our payment intermediary is Paytrail Oyj.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail plc is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Delivery methods

We deliver all orders over € 100 without shipping costs. Products have a 30-day free exchange and return policy (excluding products customized for the customer, eg named boots). If the order is returned in full, we will also refund the postage. If you return part of the products from your order and the total amount of the order falls below the free delivery limit of EUR 100, we reserve the right to deduct postage from the refundable amount.

For pick-up point products, we will notify the customer via SMS when the order can be picked up.

Courier service

Near package and XXS package € 4.90

Pickup from Matkahuolto's parcel machine: Delivery to the Matkahuolto parcel machine of your choice is usually within 1-3 working days, in the largest cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your package is available for pick up.

Pickup from Matkahuolto service point: Delivery to the Matkahuolto pick-up point of your choice, such as a parcel machine, Matkahuolto, K-Market or R-kiosk, usually within 1-3 working days, in the largest cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your package is available for pick up. This requires that you provide your phone number and email address on the order form.

Places

Pickup from the nearest post office or parcel machine 4.90 €

The Postin parcel service delivers your order quickly and securely to your nearest pick-up point or parcel machine. Packages measuring more than 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm and / or weighing more than 25 kg cannot be sent to the parcel machine. Once the package has been delivered, you will receive an arrival notification via SMS, email or letter. This requires that you provide your phone number on the order form. If the parcel machine is full at the time of parcel delivery, the parcel can be delivered to the nearest post office. In this case, the post office will send an SMS notification. 

Sales area

For the time being, the products sold in the online store are only delivered to Finland.

Right to return the product

Private consumers have a 30-day right of return. The right of return does not apply to products customized for the customer, eg named flowers. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. Returns must always be agreed. In order to exercise the right of return, the customer must inform us of the decision to cancel the order by e-mail info@nordesans.com.

Complaint: If the product you want to return is defective or broken, you can complain to us by email at info@nordesans.com or contact us via chat. We usually respond on weekdays within approximately 24 hours of contact.

Note! Failure to collect the package is not the same as returning or canceling the order. For packages not picked up, we charge an actual return fee of € 5.90. And this is deducted from the amount returned to the customer. If you have any problems downloading the package, please contact our customer service.
